Thanks to an article of Xing-founder Lars Hinrichs in the new magazin “business punk” , i found yammer.com.

Yammer is a twitterlike microblogging tool. In different to Twitter the tweets are restricted to the people in your network/company.

Lars reports in his article, that he communicate with his new Team, that has been distributed all over the world, with this tool.

There are Business Packages with Prices of 3$ or 5$ per seat and month.
This Packages include much more features like File-Sharing, Policies, IP-Range-Restricitions.
There are also Clients for iPhone, Blackberry or a Webclient.
